We raise Hereford/Angus cross beef cattle and Red Wattle/Berkshire cross pigs.

Our beef is processed at 18 to 24 months of age and our pigs are processed at around 7 months of age with an average hanging weight of 250 pounds. Our cattle are pasture raised and rotated on over 500 acres of leased property and are hormone and antibiotic free. Our pigs are also pasture raised and hormone and antibiotic free.
