About Us
The Olive Groves which produce our single varietal EVOO are located on the hills within the Aetolia Region of central western Greece. The area is adjacent to Lake Trihonis, the largest natural lake in Greece. The lake and surrounding hills provide an excellent microclimate that produces a superb quality of extra virgin olive oil with low acidity. This particular variety of tree which has grown for hundreds of years is called Koustourelia (meaning large trunk) and grows only within this region.
Practices
Sustainable farming practices are used without chemicals and pesticides.
